流行病学研究结果显示PM2.5中某些特定元素成分与人群心血管、呼吸系统疾病的发生和死亡等密切相关。目前大多研究主要利用室外站点的元素浓度作为个体元素暴露浓度,但由于PM2.5中元素的室内源和个体行为活动模式等的差别,以室外环保站点元素浓度代替个体浓度存在一定的偏差。本文主要对室外固定站点PM2.5中元素的浓度与个体暴露浓度的关系以及主要的影响因素等进行了综述,为更准确的评价个体PM2.5中元素成分的暴露浓度以及开展针对PM2.5中元素的健康风险评估提供依据。

Many epidemiological studies have shown that specific element components in PM2.5 are associated with increased cardiovascular and respiratory morbidity and mortality. At present, most studies used the element concentrations of the outdoor fixed station to represent individual exposure. However, due to the difference in indoor sources of elements in PM2.5 and individual activity patterns, there is a certain deviation in replacing personal element concentrations with them from outdoor environmental station. This paper reviewed the relationship between outdoor and personal concentrations of elements in PM2.5 and their influencing factors. It may provide a basis for more accurate assessment of the personal exposure concentration of elements in PM2.5 and for the health risk assessment of elements in PM2.5.
