Abstract:
This paper systematically reviews the development process, main achievements, and work experiences in environmental sanitation over the past 25 years since the establishment of the Jilin Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention.Through the establishment of an organizational framework based on the"three-tiered working methodology", the construction of multi-domain surveillance networks, and the implementation of a series of environmental sanitation interventions, significant achievements have been achieved in environmental sanitation management.Monitoring data indicate that over the past 25 years, Jilin province has seen significant improvements in the qualified rate of drinking water in urban and rural areas, ambient air quality, rural environmental sanitation quality, and public place sanitation supervision.Distinctive work experiences, such as project-driven initiatives and centralized data verification, have been formed in Jilin province during environmental sanitation management.
