    • Objectives To ensure air quality in centralized air ventilation system in public places meeting the requirements of the national ministry of health management criterion.
Methods According to Hygienic Standards for Centralized Air Conditioning Ventilation System in public places, PM10, dust, total count of fungi, the total count of aerobic bacterial, β-hemolytic streptococcus and legionella pneumophila were detected.
Results The qualified rates of PM10, total count of fungi, the total count of aerobic bacterial were 93.6%, 96.8% and, 90.3% respectively; the qualified rates of the dust weight, the total count of aerobic bacterial and the total count of fungi in the inner surface of ventilation vessels were 99.3%, 97.2% and 95.6%, respectively. There was no β-hemolytic streptococcus in wind supply system and ventilation vessels. The detection rate of legionella pneumophila in the water of cooling tower was 29.2% in 2009, and no legionella pneumophila was detected in 2010-2011.
